Model-Based Enterprise Capabilities Matrix
Purpose
The purpose of the challenge team is to develop both the Matrix and associated User's Guide to the point where INCOSE has a complete draft product to share with it's membership. The Challenge Team started with a workshop at the January 2018 INCOSE International Workshop.
Scope
The scope of the Challenge Team effort includes development of the Matrix, the associated User's Guide, and a INCOSE Technical Project Plan (TPP). The TPP defines the Challenge Team leadership, how team members are added, as well as the product development and status events. This team has used technical workshops and forums to conduct working sessions to refine the products and uses on-line meetings to status the Challenge Team.
